Hi Tom,
You have a few years on me, but I learned this lesson almost too late. When I was in my 20's & 30's, I was a driven, workaholic who took everything including myself way too seriously. At age 40 I had a heart attack, triple bypass surgery, and a major attitude adjustment. That was 12 years ago. Now I'm just a happier, less stressed, workaholic who tries to find good in everything and I don't sweat the small stuff. Life certainly is too short to be stressed out over all of the little things that you really have no control over anyway. Enjoy every day as if it might be your last so when it finally is, you will have no regrets. I think that it helps to find humor in everything.
>> I sometimes find things that are posted as humorous and may sometimes make tongue in cheek comments, just to lighten things up. I think life is too short to take everything in the world personally or too seriously.

>I agree with you entirely! At age 62 I find lots of humor all around me and do not take things too seriously. After all, living in Silicon Valley, California, United States of America - who could take anything too seriously? It is all about survival regardless of where you live.

>If you keep a smile on your face that will help you get through the day. Taking things too seriously can help improve the medical industries annual income. :)
