You say you have purchased several products from EPS that do not work. You refer to that "UML program that is not theirs". If you are referring to Visual UML, that is my company's product. I have searched through our databases and email messages and am unable to find any record of any purchases you've made, either through EPS or independently. Nor, can I find any messages from you about problems with the product.
But, if you only paid $600+ to EPS then it is unlikely that Visual UML would have been part of your purchase. Regardless, if you did purchase it, if there had been a problem with the program and you had brought it to our attention or to the attention of EPS we could have dealt with it then. But it really doesn't seem appropriate to making accusations 4 years later and without substantiating.
