Hi All,

I have created report using RDC but the refresh button behave differently from automation server.
When I hit he refresh button the report always ask me to supply the parameter. The worse thing here is that the default value of the parameter was cleared. Our users doesnt know what is the exact value of the parameter and this will cause our report to crash.

I have read an article from the business object site on to do a work around for it but it doesnt work. The suggestion there is only to refresh the report but the data. What I mean is that there is a change on the data in the backend and i want the report to refresh the changes using the old parameter value. Below is the link of the site from business objects:

Is anybody there have an idea on to do a work around of this issue?

BTW, I'm using SQL Server 2000 as my backend. All of our reports are using stored procedure.
