Omar;

Please calm down. The last thing we need to do is to add fuel to the “fire” that is within this thread.

May I point out that you are also launching a personal attack? Bully? Indeed! That was just a clarification of a statement made by another person. Statements made by some persons have value and sometimes they are valueless.

Now if you were to respond to each personal attack within this one thread I think you would spend a great deal of your time in doing so. There is a lot of fur flying and it certainly does seem like a waste of good people power.

Much of what you see going on within this thread and others is emotional. You cannot argue with someone’s emotions. With some people anything to do with VFP is passionate. It is understandable why people become upset at each other under such circumstances.

As programmers we understand there is more than one way to solve a problem. It could be something that involves a different programming approach or even a different tool. Another ingredient is that we are talking about peoples “bread and butter”. We make decisions and become a part of circumstances that allow us to become comfortable with our means of employment. If someone attacks you for what you do you may become defensive.

The message from John may be given with the spirit of being helpful but soon becomes one that irritates many. Too bad such friction exists.

Have a good weekend and enjoy life.

Tom

>>>"And hey John - what happened to "I graduate 5/21/2004 and won't be comming back here" ??? I notice you've avoided answering my question as to if you were lying when you said it or didn't graduate - its obviously one or the other because here you are (again).

>>>He DID graduate. He came back on here to (among other things) respond to a ridiculous and false statement made about him by another forum member.

>You are a bully. It is OK to to disagree but it is not OK launch personal attacks at other members.
