No....IE - part of windows... You OTOH, tried to limit this one installing the .NET framework on the client.

Regardless, I would never tether myself to clients who refuse to get with the times. Yet another reason why it is good to not be tied to the Fox-Box. i.e., I follow the best advise George Goley gave...when your clients don't keep up....it is time to find new clients...
