That's right but the automatisms in .NET are tested with Access. For example, the Data Adapter Configuration Wizard doesn't work 100% with VFP tables. UPDATE and DELETE SQL can't be generated automatically. Of course it works with Access : a lot of sample .NET application use either SQL server or Access or both. That said, using a DBC is probably a better option for someone who is experienced with VFP.
