I think they take you seriously. However, they have to weigh the severity of the problem, how many people they think it affects, if there is a workaround and how much work it takes, finally... how much work will it take to fix it, which inclues a spec, test plans, coding, possible documentation, possible regression testing, etc.

Also, you are not the ONLY customer. I don't mean to be mean, just honest... they have to listen to EVERYONE and decide what they can do with the time and resources they have to please everyone.

I'm not sure who your customer is, but my guess is that you have one customer for any app you write and you can do everything 100% the way they want it. That kind of stuff isn't possible when you write apps for many customers.

Once again, they take you seriously and I'm sure they appreciate the input... although sometimes your tone seems a little harsh, but I usually assume that is just the language issue and you don't intend your messages to be harsh.
