First of all, I guess Microsoft will come with some form of statement when VFP9 is released about whether they are working on a new version or not, as they always have done before. It is simply not common to give comments on more than the next version before it's been released.
Personally I think VFP9 will have so many features that for me there simply is no alternative, it will fill my need for the first 10-15 years. What I will do after ten years, I will decide in 7-8 years.
>one more question ... Is it worthed to buy VFP 9 since there is no certainty of the future of VFP ? Sorry, I'm not trying to hurt anyone ... just need your opinion.
