Can I use the mmMessageDisplay class in a Windows Forms VB Application?
If so, how do I use it?
Do you mean in a project not built by the MM.NET Application Wizard? If so, add a reference to the MM Windows Forms Assembly and create your object based on mmMessageDisplay class.
