Gee, that's odd -- a labor shortage in a 'free' market? But that can be fixed with a bit of qualification: no one want to do those jobs AT THAT PAY. Now it makes sense. ;-) Yes it would probably 'hurt business' (some of 'em anyway) to pay more for labor. But only initially I would argue.
