Try to restore original FOXCODE.DBF. To do that go to Tools -> IntelliSense Manager -> Advanced Tab -> click 'Clean up...' button and 'Restore Foxcode' button. If it doesn't help try to run

DO (HOME(0) + "VFPCLEAN.APP")
