I think I can confirm what I commented in my previous message:
The same information repeats for several months, for example:
year1 month1 amount1
2004 1 33,2208
2004 2 33,2208
...
2004 12 33,2208
This is easy for finding the data through a program, but it is too much work for the user to enter the data in the first place (or for the programmer to automate it), and to make corrections later.
I suggest you store information only when the amount changes.
For exmaple, let's assume that you start with the amount1 indicated above, for January 2004, and then, in January 2005 there is a change in amount1. You only need two records:
year1 month1 amount1
2004 1 33,2208
2004 12 35,0000
If you have another criteria (like your field no), you will have to repeat for each "no".
