_ReportOutput in my VFP ide does use HOME() + "\ReportOutput.App" but in my compiled app it is "". I copied the ReportOutput.APP into my app's directory and set the _ReportOutPut var to "ReportOutput.app".

When I did that the Report Form "File" PREVIEW no longer gives the error. It flashes a Progress bar but never displays the report.

When I use Report FORM "file" to Printer Prompt it works but it took 2 minutes and created a 350MB file for a report that is only 6 pages long (all text/lines).
