We're building an application which needs to download spreadsheets from various government websites. Not sure how to do this - any help would be appreciated. For example, say there's a spreadsheet represented by the following URL: www.doe.gov/spreadsheet.xls

I need to retrieve that spreadsheet and save it. How can I do that?
