TableUpdate() debería devolver .F. si no pudo grabar.
¿Por casualidad, no estás usando transacciones? Un ROLLBACK podría anular los cambios grabados con el TableUpdate().
Tal vez deberías usar la depuración, para ver qué pasa cuando aprietas el botón "Guardar".
