Hi,
http://support.novell.com/cgi-bin/search/searchtid.cgi?/10085899.htm should help. Also disable write cahching on the workstation. Control Panel, System, Harware, Device Manage, expand dsik drives, right click HDD, Properties, Policies & Uncheck Enable write caching on disk & reboot.

This should fix most problems
