Hi David,

I guess you are talking about VFP? In that case I suggest that you leave out any printer info in the FRX, and simply design the reports as usual. If your users have the correct printer drivers, everything will work fine without any extra work from your side. But if you really need to support dot matrix printers, you will have much more work, unless your customers can live with extremely slow output.

Why not say that your application does not support dot matrix printers? In our applications we stoppped supporting dot matrix printers many years ago, and nobody has ever complained about that, especially with the low prices of modern laser printers.
