Years ago, I used InfoModeler, which we, at the company, liked a lot. At that time, the product cost US$ 700 or 3000, depending on the options.
In the meantime, it was bought up by Visio, which was bought by MicroSoft.
Now, the product is available for free, as an unsupported product, under the name of VisioModeler. (Spelled with one "l", IIRC.)
I tried it briefly, and it looks similar to the InfoModeler I knew - but I didn't make extensive use of it recently.
