I wasn't especially looking forward to the report improvements - I've used Crystal for apps. that needed all the additional features. Now that I've got 9, I have to say, the improvements are really great. If you're maintaining any existing apps. with a lot of reports, this addition adds instant value to your apps. With the additional of a few third party add-ons (eg. XFRX) you should be able to do some pretty cool things with it.
