I read in the foxpro advisor (can't remember which issue right now) that when basing an updatable view on base tables that are optimisticly buffered that one must do a tableupdate on the view first to write the updates to the buffer, and then do the "normal" tableupdate on the base tables. Is this how things are done when opt buffering and updatable views are used to do an update, or is just updating the base tables sufficient?
