As someone who has worked for the same client as John for almost a year, I can say that he remains very much a technical leader. His technical judgement and business sense are sound, a view that is shared by everyone who works with him.

What I find unfortunate is the interest by at least one person in this industry to keep him out of at least one publication.

Sure, he likes to argue. Very often that's a GOOD THING. I think there are many assertions on this forum that should be argued and challenged.

There's an old line about a famous college basketball coach who was accused of being verbally abuse, and I think it applies here..."forget about the way he's saying it, just concentrate and focus on WHAT he's saying".
