Can anyone tell me how to display multiline line text (word wrap) in a grid column?

I have the row height increased but can seam to get the text box to word wrap. Its height is not editable. I tried removing the text box and adding an edit box, but that only displays on line except when I tab to the field and then it has the scrol bars.

I do not need to edit this column, only display it.
