Exactly when and where did he intend to hurt anyone?

I think it's amazing that someone can come up on the thread and announce to the world that John attempted to "accost" Bill Gates, when all he did was asking a legitimate question.

It seems many have chosen to blame John for the answer - if so, it's because in their minds it was a question ("why isn't Fox being marketed to win") they had hoped would never be asked, because the answer was known and feared all along.
