Steps to criticize a leader's credentials:
1. If he doesn't have any real world experience, criticize him for that.
2. If he doesn't participate in support forums, criticize him for that.
3. If his contributions are technically flawed, criticize him for that.
4. If the language he uses is profane, criticize him for that.
5. If his lifestyle is undiciplined, criticize him for that.
6. If he hasn't written published articles, criticize him for that.
7. If he doesn't have a helpful website, criticize him for that.
8. If he hasn't written a book, criticize him for that.
9. Otherwise, criticize his book.

At least Craig made it to the last step.

>>I do know John. I've known him for years. We've bought each other drinks at DevCon. My perspective has changed in recent years. It's gone from someone that I looked up to as a technical leader to someone who just wants to argue.

>Let me get this straight Craig, you - who has written a universally panned book - which is regarded as a re-hash of the Crystal Help File and a book of poor practices - you are casting judgment as to technical leadership????
