I could also classify myself as an Adventurer in programming. I came from dBase to Foxbase to Clipper '87 to Foxpro 2.x then VFP 3.0 and now 5.0. Out of curiosity I tried exploring VB, disappointed, jump to PB and Developer 2000 of Oracle. Only PB and Delphi has got my nod because of OOP technology, but because PB lacks support on manuals and price wise; and Delphi is a Borland product (History of not innovating), I do not have the choice but to go back to VFP, a promising tool on Database systems but again Microsoft should continue its commitment to the product.
