There's a property of the form, ShowTaskBarIcon. You can set it to .f. for all your desktop forms except the main one, and then you'll have one icon on the taskbar. That would disperse confusion.

Even if you have multiple icons in the taskbar, you may only worry about your app looking like an Access thingy - ALL forms in Access (that I've seen so far) show in taskbar. It's some sort of Office conspiracy.

Apps with multiple windows in taskbar appear as multiple applications, however they are one process. Which may be hard to explain and could confuse the user.
