I've been recommended just to put in the record pointer, which is the little column along the left with the triangle arrow. Makes you app look like access but... If you want to put more effort in you can but I'm not sure what you'd be up against there.

Just looked at the list of names of impressive people who have replied to your message (I can't see them) and I guess they'll have the right stuff for you.
