Thanks a lot! Setting the input mask on the textbox class definition works like a champ. I was setting the inputmask on the *wrong* control when rebuilding the grid. I make one of several controls the currentcontrol at runtime and had ignored this one. I'd like to think I would have seen eventually, but ...
