U bet!! Is there anything you can't do in VFP? :)

I would create a transparent form without the toolbar and frame. Then add a curved shape on the form and then a label inside the shape. I think I did something like this many moons ago but that code is with my previous employer otherwise I'd send you a sample.

Otherwise go with Pauls advise and search on UT download. Y code it when you can borrow it :) (it gives you more freedom when u code it yourself)
