In the other hand, DevExpress have a great record on good support & consumer satisfaction. In almost all developers i know using DevExpress consider using this tools like a very important reason of succes.

In this moment, for a company i'm developing (external) a ERP ASP.NET GUI using Infragistics (the controls are good) i find lacking the support....

But the best way is try yourself, some controls are best and for some reason you can get best experience. Simply not go blind to one or another...
