How come I see different things happening when I access a page from a Microsoft site than I do at other sites???? Some examples:

1. Other pages will time out but a Windows Update page can go on and on and on doing nothing yet no timeout.

2. Many Microsoft pages do not show the 'progress bar' thingy (some of them do).

3. Viewing a fully loaded MSKB page still has the progress bar thingy active/finished/active/finished/... What the H*LL is it doing?

Just curious (and a little suspicious)
