Isn't that always true in our industry?

Right now, you can use WinForms, ASP.NET, VFP Forms, and a few other technologies. If you currently use WinForms, you will have the greatest likelyhood of being able to reuse the majority of code you already have. ASP.NET is probably second.

Also, keep in mind that this is still a little while out. Remember when in 2000 MS came out with this great new technology called COM+ and nobody used it because it had "COM" in its name and .NET was coming? Well, guess what: COM+ is still here and important today. I think it is important to be aware of these future developments, but we must not forget that we need to use the things we have today...
