>On a current project, records are "supposedly" inserted into a database. VB5 Interface, Access database. The problem is that sometimes, there are records which do not "make it" into the database. Meaning the user inputs the data, clicks the button to insert it into the database, all checks are done, no messages appear and all goes as it's supposed to, that is until records are noticed to be missing.
I had a similar problem recently and it was tied to the fact that I had some fields in my Access table that would not accept zero lengthh strings. I was passing some values that were Null, so it was just processing it, but not inserting, and not throwing an error.
