Check out

This site is pretty snappy too, especially with data, and is written all in VFP with a tiny bit in C# or ASP(these stubs remain static unless you change them). All web development is in VFP and your favorite HTML editor(I use FrontPage) and the vfp code can either go in the VFP mtdll or the actual HTML page.
I actually thought that most ASP.NET sites were going to be extremely fast, but, I'm seeing more and more slow sites written in ASP.NET. Check out the speed of
