in here we had a mail merge working in office 2k but as soon as we tried to move it to 2k3 it either crashed or stopped working i can't exactly remember. as far as i know we couldn't find a fix, i know that there was a lot of chatter about it for a while here so maybe someone came up with a fix but last time i read about it no one had. as far as i know the mail merge works in xp and 2k; and 2k3 was the only one that gave the problem.
