Did you got my email for asking about PUTM?
Why shouldn't I access this web site as a member of PUTM just after I paid for becoming PUTM?
Here in Korea most of web sites which has charged membership provide instantly upgrade service for thier member.

Now, I paid money for PUTM . But I could not access your threads as PUTM.
How long should I wait for becoming PUTM member?
