So far ...

I issue a SELECT -SQL statement and create a cursor (crsPacking) with list of records (details) to print on the packing slip REPORT FORM.

However ...
IF _Tally = 0 OR there are no records in the cursor, how do I apend a record INTO crsPacking?

INSERT INTO does not work.
