On one of my forms, when it opens, I automatically want to create a new requisition record, and then after the record creation I'll be displaying a vendor list to pick a vendor record to populate some of the controls on the form, and then return to the first form with the fields filled in.

In the form Load I tried Me.btnNew_Click() but it's asking for some parameters and I don't know what to put in them.

How can I use this button's click event, or how can I call the new record function behind this button to get a new record?
