ARe you sure it's not jst a problem with the way their printer is started. If all page are identical except the first one then the paper length is good. Sometime it just mean they position manually the first page and forget to tell the printer this is where the beginning of the page should be (meaning that the printer should go back to that position after a page break). Users from other system (DOS) might not be aware they have to do that now with VFP to work with their printer.
