>Broke I'm not but sleepless and humble I am!
>I think this should work and I suspect the problem is my ignorance not their program. Since I am a dinosaur (according to my 13 and 16 yr old daughters) My problem is I don't really "get" the event programming methods and it appears that the add in controls really want to work in forms? Can one invoke these controls on the command line?
>I have programming VFP 3.0 by Whil Hentzen which I like. Are there any other books for "old" fox programmers trying to head visual?
>Thanks for your interest!

Your situation is far from unique. The are lot of Oldies but Goodies out there -- Right Lucien? (s)

Is your package in OCX format or is all functions?

I reccommend the Mastering Visual FoxPro CD (I do not know if it will be upgraded for VFP 5 or not). Book? All I can say is don't go broke on them. They seem to repeat themselves a lot.
