So if you were on the VFP bug/test team and you got the "report" you cite you would immediately dismiss it as useless?

Let me take a stab at how I would interpret it...
I would replace "designed badly" with "displays incorrectly" and I would replace "designed correctly" with "displays properly", then I would run the code to see if my interpretation was good or not.
