You can use the base image in Paint and cut the image, move it down and to the right, two pixels in each direction, and save it with a new name, you then have a "Down" version of the image.
This one was not difficult at all.
By the way, I've done this, so I know it works. You simply change the button's picture value on mousedown and mouseup events. Use the invisible style for the buttons.
