Visual FoxPro Beta
Go to know, I have an absurd amount of printers that XP added automaticly. But I think I have one or two "good" ones as well.
>In addition to what David said, I have seen this occur on my reports on new computers that only have some "fax printer" installed in the Printers Control Panel that is set as the default printer or a PC that has no printer installed. Once you install a "good" printer, this problem goes away for me.

>>I have been looking into how the new VFP report writing generates my existing reports. I notice a lot of my reports will end up with ******** in place of my data.
>>
>>The data in one of the reports I'm looking at is an Int field with values from 0-1000.
>>
>>What I find odd is the detail band shows the ******** while the group footer band shows the value correctly.
>>
>>The width, format exp (99999999999), Type (Numeric) are all the same. The only difference I can see is the group footer has a SUM() calculation and the footer font is Ariel, 8, B instead of Ariel, 8, N.

>>In general it appears to me that the new writer is more likely to need to trim and use ... or push data over to the next line. But I could just be seeing things.
