Victor,
Not sure if I'm ready to commit to writing a package for resale within 12 months. My stuff is mostly in-house (or consulting), but it is certainly something to consider.
I'm gonna get SQL Server Development for ~$42. I already own Exchange Server from a previous business I had, and have no plans to actually use it.
Don't have any current web plans, as far as I can tell, that would utilize Commerce Server.
We don't have a have a team of developers where I am now; I am it. We may hire another developer within a year or two.
I would like to know what the advantages to Universal compared to Professional would be, with these points in mind. I haven't nailed down an understanding of the differences between Visual Studio Enterprise and Visual Studio Professional.
Thanks for the response,
Steve Gibson
