You can't have numbers right aligned unless you use a fixed pitch font.

Another option you can look at is using a grid, which can be formatted to look like a listbox. By doing things like setting the HeaderHeight = 0, SCrollbars = 2 RecordMark = .f., DeleteMark = .f., GridLines = 0
