I have used the ListBox with mover buttons to great success; however the overall design seems to indicate that the steps for the job should be built in a 'Cursor' which you could index any way you want -- when the job is certified correct, the contents of the cursor could be APPEND'ed back to the master file, with your special sequencing field(s) being dropped since they are not in the master file.
