Actually, I become very fond of 'combobox', especially when used in grids.
One of our apps has been used for about 2.5 years and nobody has mentioned the problem.
The app is written in VFP 7 and the bug existed as far back as 5 and is still in 8.
Don't know about 9.
I am looking for a solution that is the lesser of the evils.

All suggestions are appreciated.

>FWIW, I would forget about the listbox and use the combo box. The problem with the listbox is that when the users click on the column that has the list box, they will be changing the value in that cell. This is much less likely to occur if you use a combo box.
