Using the Wizard, under summary options if you include a sum of employeeid, the detail is *** and the summary diplays correctly. Both field have the same width.

I think it is inconsistent to have the same value, in fields of the same size and have one display correcly and the other not depending on if it has a SUM calculation performed on it.

I don't remember your saying anything about needing to sum the employeeid before. If you did I apologize. Not having put a sum in my wizard instructions, I couldn't figure out what you were talking about <g>.
