You can use TaxRI (from the download section) to accomplish this.
You can use the _RiMode variable to force cascading updates or cascading deletes. See the remarks in the generated code.

BTW, TaxRi is far more efficient in producing Ri code. In large numbers of releations the size of Ricode might only be 10% of the VFP ri code.
