Hi all
I want to create offline remote views to permit disconnected data entry and connect/update only on save.
Is there a way to avoid hardcoding user name/password in Connection properties or registry DSN and CREATEOFFLINE() to work? I can open the remote view with 'USE ... CONNSTRING ..." but, when I want to create the offline view, the current cursor connection handle is not used, instead VFP try to connect using remote view connection settings, where I don't want to store user specific informations.

Or a better approach?
